A 100 euro damage/security deposit is required to secure the booking and payment of agreed tariff, typically cash is made on arrival.
Electricity and Gas are metered on a pay "as you use" at cost basis. The utility costs, if nominal are free up to €30/week. The security deposit is returned to guests at the end of their stay assuming no damage has been done and the house is returned to us as it was given to you. Strictly No Pets
