Full Kitchen , washing machine etc. Two bedrooms. One Double bed the other has twin beds. Ample wardrobe and storage space. Super location to enjoy the best of MARBELLA Old Town . MARINA and beach. Either for a sun holiday or shopping trip this central 2 bedroom apartment is ideal.
From Malaga airport use Taxi or Coach to Marbella
We recently stayed in this beautiful newly refurbished apartment. And what a pleasure! From our first contact with Iverna, who is professional and so easy to deal with, we knew that everything was going to be of a very high standard, and it was. The apartment is so well located, within two minutes walk of a lovely beach and a great promenade lined with every type of restaurant, from feet in the sand to upmarket dining. It is also just a five minute walk to Orange Square, with its beautiful flower bedecked streets, teeming with atmosphere. The stop for the local buses (on the main street) going up and down the coast is a one minute walk from the apartment, so there is no need for a car. As for the wonderful Juan and the charming Antonio at reception… their cheerful ‘hola’s’ and willingness to encourage my small attempts to speak Spanish epitomised the whole ambiance of La Torre de Marbella, warm and welcoming. I could not recommend this apartment highly enough. It contributed hugely to a wonderfully relaxed trip to Marbella and a return stay is most definitely on the cards – soon!
We had a wonderful stay at the above apartment in Marbella. Very central town and beach.excellent , clean , modern 2 bedroom apartment. You will not be disappointed if you require a first class property and will recommendation Iverna's place to everyone GREAT. Regards Ian.

Guest satisfaction is of paramount importance to us and our large number of repeat bookings are due to our ongoing investment and commitment to providing extremely well presented, thoroughly clean, well equipped properties.
To reserve the apartment we require a deposit of just 50% of the rental , the balance is not then due until 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Payments can are in Euro and can be made by Bank transfer or Credit card via Transfer wise.
Utilities, VAT,TAXES, Final Cleaning, SKY, WIFI etc .ARE ALL INCLUDED
rates quoted per week but we are happy to offer a discount for over 3 weeks.
We request a separate payment of 200 euro which will only be cashed in the event of actual damage or excessive cleaning being necessary. As we are unable to offer refunds please ensure you have taken out Holiday Insurance Cover
Please note the apartment will be available for occupation after 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am unless by specific arrangement
