Note: The rental price is based on 2 people sharing per week (or part week). Each additional guest over 2 staying will be charged at the rate of €75 /£75 per person per week up to a maximum of 6 people sharing. Our changeover day is Thursday.
Villa Mar is a fully VV licensed holiday home. Our prices are fully inclusive of the 7% vat charged by the Canarian Government on all holiday home rentals .
A deposit* of €300 (£200 stg) per week booked is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 3 months before departure.
Please note: Guests are required to have Travel Insurance in place as the deposit is non refundable.
Payment in sterling will be accepted, please contact owner for sterling rates.
