Rainfall is scarce and mainly falls in autumn and winter months. The weather is generally sunny, making it an ideal destination for beach and outdoor lovers almost all year round.

History
Santa Ponsa holds historical significance as the rumored landing site of King James I of Aragon in 1229 during the conquest of Mallorca. This event marked the Christian reconquest of the island from the Moors and led to Mallorca becoming part of the Kingdom of Aragon. The town maintains this heritage through monuments and cultural events commemorating that decisive moment.

From Palma Airport, you can reach Diseminado Polígono 2 (07300 Inca) by car/taxi or public transport; the airport–Inca stretch is about 33 km and 25–30 minutes by car.

By car / taxi
Exit the airport following signs for “Palma / Autopista” and join the Ma-19 towards Palma.

Shortly after, follow signs for the Ma-20 (Palma ring road) towards “Alcúdia / Inca”, then take the Ma-13 to Inca.

Continue on the Ma-13 to the Inca exit; from there, follow signs to Inca center and then to the rural area “Diseminado Polígono 2” (use a navigator, as it's a scattered finca area just outside town).

Direct bus
From the arrivals exit, take the TIB interurban bus line A32 “Aeroport – Inca – Alcúdia” (stop “Aeroport – Arribades”), which reaches “Inca Llevant 2” in about 25 minutes.

From Inca Llevant 2, take a local taxi to Diseminado Polígono 2, as the area is dispersed and not well-served by walking or urban bus (usually 5–10 minutes by car from the center depending on the exact plot).

Bus + train
Alternative: take the EMT urban bus line A1 from the airport to “Plaça d’Espanya / Estació Intermodal” in Palma.

From there, take the TIB train line T1 or T2 to Inca (about 30 minutes), then a taxi from the station to Diseminado Polígono 2 as above. To give precise instructions to guests, we will send the exact GPS location of your finca via WhatsApp.
