The fully equipped modern kitchen is centred around a stylish island with an integrated hob and seating for six. It includes all essential appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, wine cooler, and ample storage. A discreetly concealed laundry room, located behind the kitchen cabinetry, is fitted with a washing machine, dryer, and an additional fridge for extra food and beverage storage. Outside, the villa opens onto a beautifully maintained garden, offering privacy and a tranquil atmosphere. The swimming pool is the focal point of the outdoor area, surrounded by sun loungers for up to 12 guests. The covered terrace features an outdoor dining table with seating for 12, ideal for al fresco meals, while a separate lounge area with sofas and chairs provides the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the Algarve climate. The villa includes daily maid service from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays). Bed linen and towels are refreshed after one week’s stay, with additional housekeeping services available on request at an extra charge. During July and August, changeovers typically take place on Saturdays. Outside of peak season, flexible changeover days may be accommodated.
